House rules follow the principles of respectful coexistence with the neighbors: parties with large groups are not allowed, but your friends are welcome to stop by for a coffee or a meal together. Quiet hours must be observed from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but outdoor areas are fully equipped for smokers. The house is provided with all essentials, including bed linens and towels, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, hand soap, a hairdryer, and toilet paper. You will also find everything needed for cooking, including a microwave oven and a coffee machine. We provide single-use portions of oil, salt, and vinegar, a selection of teas, and 100% Arabica coffee pods. Cleaning service is not included; however, if you wish to have cleaning during your stay, arrangements can be made on site. Guests are welcome to use everything available, but are kindly asked to take care of it and leave everything as they found it, for the comfort of future guests.
